Vejledning til opsigelse af betalingsaftale med Worldline

For at opsige aftalen med Worldline skal følgende gøres:

Start med at finde den sidste E-statement som i har modtaget vedr. udbetalinger.
 
I kolonne C finder i jeres UID nummer, som i skal henvise til i opsigelsen (bemærk hvis i har flere enheder, så har hver enhed et UID nummer)
 
Start derefter en mail til customer-belgium@worldline.com

Subject: Termination of Payment Contract – UID 01234567

 

Dear Worldline Support

This E-mail serves as formal notice of the termination of the Payment Contract related to UID 01234567, effective immediately. After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the agreement under the terms and conditions outlined in the original contract.

As per the terms of the contract, any outstanding obligations or payments are to be settled within 30 from the date of this E-mail We kindly ask that any remaining payments be made promptly to avoid further action.
