How to terminate / cancel a payment agreement with Worldline

Please follow the instructions in this guide in order to cancel your payment agreement with Worldline

Start by finding the last E-statement you received regarding payouts.
 
In column C you will find your UID number, which you must refer to in the termination (note that if you have several units, each unit has a unique UID number)
 
Then write an email to customer-belgium@worldline.com with the subject line: "Termination of Payment Contract - UID 01234567"
 
You can copy this text into the email:

Dear Worldline Support

This E-mail serves as formal notice of the termination of the Payment Contract related to UID 01234567, effective immediately. After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the agreement under the terms and conditions outlined in the original contract.

Details of Termination:

  • Contract Reference: UID 01234567
  • Termination Date: [Effective Date]

As per the terms of the contract, any outstanding obligations or payments are to be settled within 30 from the date of this E-mail We kindly ask that any remaining payments be made promptly to avoid further action.

Please consider this E-mail as the formal end of our contractual relationship, and any further claims, payment disputes, or obligations regarding this contract should be directed to [appropriate department/contact].
