Verifone credit card / payment agreement application

When setting up a payment agreement for your new Verifone payment terminal that comes with the GolfNext driving range payment solution - you and / or your company needs to fill out these forms. Here is a short guide. 

We divide the application into 3 steps. The credit card application form is a bit confusing, so we would like to help you fill it out.

1) In the Email that you have received from us there are two links that is related to creating the contract with Verifone
 
Link 1: You will be directed to this page where you need to fill out all the information, and upload the needed documents. 
 
 
Link 2: Is to be filled out by all authourized signatories of the company. This link can be accessed multiple times. You will be directed to this page:
 
 
2) After you have filled out all the information and uploaded the requested documents, we receive the information, and will then create the contract through Verifone.

3) The contract will be sent directly to the authorized representatives for digital signature (it is sent from a system called Dokupit) please have a look in your spam/junk mail if you do not receive it.
