Assign free range balls for paying green fee guests
If the club wishes, it is possible to include a free product when a guest pays their green fee at the GolfNext kiosk.
Typically, this product will be a bucket of balls for the driving range, but it is also possible to include any other product with the green fee. For example, a yardage book, a starter pack, or something similar – only your imagination sets the limit.
The first thing you need to do is ensure that the product you want to give away for free with the green fee payment is created in the kiosk. The only exception to this is if you do not have a GolfNext solution for range ball payments (everyone has free access to the balls, but must pay for access anyway) – if this is the case, you do not need to create a product.
In the case mentioned above, a bucket of balls for the Driving Range has been created with a price of 20 DKK. (The same bucket of balls is created and can, of course, also be purchased directly through the driving range solution).
Afterwards, you can go in and edit the course under 'Play', and at the bottom of the page, add the free product under 'Included in Green Fee'.
Please note that it is possible to add multiple products.
A criterion can be set up to trigger the free product – for example, that the price from GolfBox (before any discounts on the kiosk) is greater than or equal to a certain amount. This can be used if you only want to give free balls to full-paying guests or, for instance, exclude reciprocal clubs and Golfamore/Golfhäftet from receiving free balls.
It is also possible to trigger the product only at a specific price – for example, if you only want to include a bucket of balls for a specific type of guest using GolfBox Price Action (see the guide on this page by searching for 'price action').
