We will then create a user in our admin system, admin.golfnext.com where the player/partner now have acces.
Log in to admin.golfnext.com
The following page will be shown now, and here the vouchers available will be visible.
Now it is possible for the player/partner to transfer or print tickets from the pool to other players/collogues.
DIGITAL TRANSFER: Press "Digital"
Insert the Golf-ID at the player and press "TAB" and the line will then be green (please check that the country is correct), and if you do not want the receiver to be able to transfer the voucher again, you can make it personal, and then only this specific player can reedem the voucher.
Decide how many vouchers you want to sent. and press "Next"
If you want to write a short information to the receiver it is possible but not necessary, as an e-mail will always be sent to the receiver.
When the shipment is done, you can now see that the pool is reduced with 5 pc.
PRINT A VOUCHER: Press "Print"
Choose how many printer you want. and press "print"
A PDF file with the vouchers will be generated.
OVERVIEW AT TICKETS
Last, if you want to see where you have sent the vouchers or printed, you can click at the line with your pool of vouchers.
