Changing your bank account with Verifone

Here is a guide on what to do if the club changes its bank account (IBAN) and you use Verifone as your payment provider.

Write an email to Verifone Sales Support at verifone.salgssupport@verifone.com stating that you need to change your bank account.

In the email, please list the following information:

  • VAT/Business Reg. No. (CVR):

  • New IBAN:

  • BIC/SWIFT:

  • Account and Sort Code (Reg. no.):

  • Bank Name:

  • Account Holder:

  • Requested Date for Change:

  • Reason for Changing IBAN:

Verifone will then send you a new contract for the change. Once signed, it usually takes 1–2 weeks for the change to take effect.
